If one member suffers in the body of Christ which is the Church, all the members suffer with that member.” 1 Corinthians 12:26
On behalf of our pastor, Father James King and the entire faith community, of Holy Trinity we extend our condolences on your loss.
This website has been prepared to help you commend your loved one into the arms of God as well as help you understand the rituals of the celebration of the Order of Christian Funerals of the Roman Catholic Church. It is designed to assist you with questions you might have when planning the Mass.
Our parish community prays that these days will be a time of grace and healing for you and all those who have been affected by this loss. Our prayers are with you and your family during this time.
After you complete the arrangements with the funeral home, a member of the Ministry of Consolation will contact you to arrange a convenient time and place to meet and assist you with planning the funeral liturgy.
Our Consolation Ministry team will accompany you through this journey and be there to assist and guide you. We will provide you with everything you need, however these resources are also available here for you or your loved ones to review prior to our meeting if you choose.
(Although we hope you will choose to participate in the planning and ministries of the funeral Mass, please know that, if you prefer, the Consolation Ministry will take care of everything for you.)
